by BG Jenkins
These days it’s so important to be a leader, and glean those leadership skills and style that work for you, from other leaders, but my question is…is your leader a cheesehead? The answer is actually two fold…”yes” and “no.” We are all different, and gravitate towards different techniques, and styles, so it’s important to focus on the ones that resonate with you. If you want to be led by a Cheesehead, then that’s your prerogative…and it may also be your blessing.

Let me tell you about one of the leaders in my upline, who makes nothing from me, and who is more than willing to give you information, and bolster your courage to move forward in every area of your business, by learning, and growing within the community. Mark Manderville, L3 Leader inside of My Lead System Pro, and Cheesehead Team Leader (inside joke) inside of Network Marketing VT, really gives his all to the team, whether you’re directly under him or not.
So to answer the guestion for leadership skills and style: is you leader a cheesehead? In this case, my answer would be a resounding “YES.”
These are Mark Manderville’s leadership skills and style- Cheesehead style…
Mark takes a chance on anyone who is willing to work for the team, as we grow our businesses along side of him. He encourages you to give back to the community, as you learn and grow. Mark fights for the underdog, and masterminds with the experienced marketer, while sharing his vast amount of knowledge with all, for the good of the community.
Mark says, “These businesses are more than about money; they are about community, and that’s what you need to build a good team…community, and giving back. Its about a team, not a program or system!
If people knew who they were before they died, they would realize they have value to give, and share…but some people never realize who they are in life, so therefore they never realize they are GREAT and never think that they can impact others lives for a better life…
In a nutshell…,” Mark emphasizes,
“KNOW YOU ARE GREAT…
BELIEVE YOU ARE GREAT…
BECAUSE WE ALL ARE…
AND HAVE VALUE TO SHARE!
And that is powerful when you think like that….”
Do you have to be a cheesehead to lead?
No, you just have to follow the examples of Mark Manderville to be a great leader.
Cheesehead or not, the ball is in your court. What action will you take?
(Will you melt, be shredded, or are you hard as cheddar? I know this whole post is cheesy.)
So when contemplating… leadership skills and style: Is your leader a cheesehead? If you answer “yes,” then it must be Mark Manderville!
Whose leadership skills and style (cheesehead style) are you following, and how is that working for you?

Hey BG
Thanks for sharing a great spot on leadership post.
The only way of building a sustainable network marketing business is good leadership.
This is a long term industry, and only those who have realized the value of being a good leader like yourself will succeed.

Hi Gina, How are things in your world? I agree…thanks so much for your comments.
BG, Thanks for the shout out to great leadership. I know a few too! the B. Tracy quote is awesome. Advertising reps assume the consumer always asks (in his or her mind), “What’s in it for me?” That’s probably why so many consumers are poor or mediocre, and do not exhibit leadership! Thanks for this,
Val
