Who’s in My Head Today?
Well, I’ll tell you who’s in mine in just a moment.
I had an idea a few days ago from this text message to my daughter.
The concept was how people are always planting thoughts in your head.
Sometimes you do have to be careful… but this is my thing with my family.
I’m always singing these silly little songs to my kids, and grandkids.
I want to plant them in their heads, just so they know that “Mom” and/or “Nonnie” is around.
Then, I’ll get calls from my kids and they’ll say.
“Mom, Stop! You’ve got that stupid song stuck in my head!”
Well, now is that so bad?
Do you recall quotes, songs, stories or poems from your youth that when you think
of them you remember who you were with, and what you were doing?
It’s amazing how just one line of a song, or one word from someone can bring memories
flooding back. Nostalgia can be a great thing.
Anyway…I want to tell you
“Who’s in My Head Today!”
It’s Mary Black and that’s a good thing!
She’s bringing the fun, and giving us all a smile that I know will be sticking in my head.

Though I hardly know Mary, she will be my constant companion today. That’s just fine by me.
But…when you’re letting someone in your head, make sure it’s someone you want to be there.
Guard what goes in, because what goes in, comes out.
Check you thoughts daily to see what’s creeping in.
Mary Black is who’s in my head today!
To bring more fun to today… let me ask you~
