Creating Moments in Time
Why do we need to be creating moments in time?
Whether it’s business and/or family life, we all need to be creating moments in time. Those special moments are what keep you going, keep you working, keep you energized, and keep you focused. You have to have these moments in front of you at all times for moving forward. Many people call this your “Why.” Why are you doing this, and for what reason?
When you’re stressed or on overload…lighten up…have fun with it. Pull from those moments in time.
Why do we need this “why.”
You want something hardcore, wired deeply in your soul, to keep you connected to your dream. This is the purpose for creating moments in time. Creating moments in time are ways to keep you focused, much like a vision board, and these moments can be physical (pictures, videos, books, movies…etc)or anything that is going to move you to action.
Everyone remembers their first kiss…now that is creating a moment in time. Do you remember the butterflies, and the burst of joy that flooded your senses? (That is, if it was a good experience.) Do you remember you wedding day, the birth of your first child or grandchild… again creating moments in time. What about that movie that you loved that still after years you can’t get out of your head? These pleasures, moments, delights or bursts of joy, are hardwired inside of you brain.
If you’re struggling in business or if you’ve had a lull in sales inside of your business, reflect on those processes that were successful in the past. Pull from that moment in time. One great thing about the brain, it will remember those things that are hardwired to the pleasure or pain centers inside. Why not reflect on your moments in time of success…
Those times when you were on the top of your game, or in your zone. Those times when everything you done was right and you were the golden child of the moment.
You know what they say when you’re having success…Lather, rinse, repeat.
So, why not repeat by creating moments in time.
Repetition is a very good way to implement those successful days, and their strategies. Discard those things that are lacking. Create new ideas, visions, and plans to keep you on the right path…lather, rinse, repeat.
Always have your dream before you, focus on where you want to go, have your plans made, be prepared to work…
and while you’re having fun gleaning from past successes, also have fun by creating new moments in time!

Thanks Dave. I agree…we need them to keep life in perspective.
Hey BG, I love the concept of creating moments in time. The Network Marketing journey doesn’t have to be stressful. Creating moment in time that where joyous and pleasureful gives you your incentive. If your why doesn’t make you cry it’s not strong enough to keep you in the game. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Wendy…thanks so much for your comment.
Great post – I don’t know if you have heard the concept but I keep a happiness diary. every single day – without fail I write 5 things that have made me smile that day.
Whenever I am feeling a little down I just flick through the diary notes and hardwire some positivity from all of the small memories.
