Getting Down to Basics and Fine Tuning Your Engine

Getting Down to Basics and Fine Tuning Your EngineGetting down to basics and fine tuning your engine is about getting yourself out of the garage, and out on the road.

This concept can be hard for me, at times.  I like to be home.  I’m a homebody.  Home is my sanctuary.  Home is where I can be creative, kick my shoes off, and be my best.

Home is where I can hide from the world and not be seen. (Yep, that’s right… there are some pretty scary people out there. You know I’m right.)  Home~ is where I feel best.

There is even a calm peaceful feeling in that word to me…Home… Home…Home… Say it slow and let it flow… Home.

Ok, you get my point.

However, if I want to accomplish my dreams and reach my goals, I have to “get out on the highway” of life, of business, and of connecting with people.  That’s not always easy to do, but we all have to make sacrifices to get to our dreams.

The First thing you have to do is open the garage door and start your engine

When we start a new opportunity there is fear, anxiety, excitement, creativity and so many ideas racing through your mind… that’s where the

Fine tuning your engine comes in.

But, before you fine tune, get a good mechanic to show you how….

Your mechanic will help show you the way to a  smooth running, and fully functioning machine…which will pick up speed and insure your success by implementing their proven instructions.

No professional will start a business without first researching, and/or getting advice from those qualified.

So, that makes this post short and sweet.  Find a mentor. Get expert advice. Make your business plan, and get out of the garage.

These are just my getting down to basics and fine tuning your engine ideas…

Tell me some of yours.
